• Up to $0.75 CPM on all dispatched miles
• Layover Pay: $100 per occurrence
• Detention Pay: $25/hour after the first 2 hours
• Tarp Pay: $100
• Or up to 30% of gross revenue – whatever works best for you
• Clean DOT Inspection Bonuses:
• Level 1 – $350
• Level 2 – $250
• Level 3 – $150
• Driver Performance Bonus: Monthly payout based on:
• On-time delivery
• Safe driving record
• Fuel efficiency
• Overall reliability
