looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our property running smoothly.
You’ll handle:
• Basic plumbing (fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing faucets)
• Carpet repairs (stretching, patching, spot removal)
• Wall repairs (drywall patching, touch-up painting, caulking)
• Light electrical (replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures)
• General handyman tasks (furniture repair, door adjustments, etc.)
Must have:
• 1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (hotel/apartment background a plus)
• Own basic tools (drill, pliers, putty knife, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Clean background (we work with guests daily)
