From top to bottom all of our longblocks start out with state of the art CNC machining including block decking, block chamfering, boring , twin stage power honing, and crankshaft line honing to perfection.
We replace all cam bearings , freeze plugs and we tap and screw in all the oil gallery plugs.
We use all new internals like Mahle updated pistons and rings, mahle rod and main bearings all wrapped around a balanced crankshaft polished and torqued to spec.
The blocks are then stuffed with all new updated from Ford lifters, guides, and updated pushrod lengths.
We do not ever use aftermarket cheap parts in our engines this is one of the reasons we have the longest warranty out there for a Powerstroke longblock, we are very confident in our builds and the internals placed inside with all the proper machining.
Our cylinder heads go through a very extensive process as well including 3 angle valve jobs , new seat and guides, seals ect...
All of our 6.0 longblocks come with ARP Headstuds and the 6.4 and 7.3 we add them if you request but typically not needed.
