Full-time Workroom Supervisor needed for established custom drapery and window coverings workroom in the Dallas, TX area. We have a 20-person production team and are looking for someone with hands-on drapery or soft-goods experience to help supervise daily operations and grow into a management role.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising daily production workflow
Reviewing work orders and specs
Supporting and training workroom staff
Monitoring quality and craftsmanship
Assisting with scheduling and materials
Requirements:
Experience with drapery, window coverings, or soft goods
Knowledge of sewing and workroom processes
Supervisory experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Pay:
$50,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience
