I am looking for a reliable, experienced, and cost-effective handyman / carpenter / small contractor to repair an existing outdoor patio structure that was damaged.
The patio already has a concrete slab and wooden posts. The structure needs to be stabilized, reinforced, and restored so it looks the way it did before the damage.
SCOPE OF WORK (GENERAL)
Add missing support post(s)
Reinforce and secure existing wooden posts
Repair or replace damaged roof framing as needed
Re-secure roof structure so it is stable and safe
Replace damaged or missing roofing material
General cleanup of debris related to the repair
Make the patio structurally sound and visually clean
Goal is repair & restore, not over-engineer or overspend
